My Story

Hello, I love to bake. I always was in awe of the amazing people that make beautiful cakes and deserts. When I found out I could take classes to learn how to do this amazing job I jumped for joy. I started making cakes in 2012 and I love it. I make my own special butter cream Icing. I love to work with Fondant, it's a good idea for those hot summer weddings where regular icing can loose its structure in the heat.
